"I'm not one either, but I end up spending a lot of time around them, because of my job," she said, smiling. "It's very interesting. Not that my family would need one, but it's still interesting." Very presumptuous and completely useless if it wasn't for public use, but she wasn't going to say that, not when she still hadn't looked at what was around this house. Perhaps later, she'd suggest surrendering those records to the museum.
"It must be interesting to work there." She thought it was the most boring thing in the world, but apparently a lot of people found it exciting. "Do you know Edgar Bones? He's a hit wizard too. He promised to save me, but only if Dark Wizards are involved," she added, giggling, although it was probably not that funny without context.
She shook her head at the gloves, but instead she picked up her own pocket. Too many materials weren't covered with the right spells and while Mary seemed very conscientious, she wanted to be absolutely certain. In her pocket, she had a magical magnifying lens that was a lot more precise than the Muggle ones, and it also picked up traces of magic trapped in the fabric.
"Mmm, very nice. May I suggest duplicating spells for them to put out for people to see. People get the history without ruining the original and you could have them in your house," she pointed out. "This might actually make for an interesting exhibit dealing with pureblood legacies." Narcissa would have to twist some arms, because she could see plenty of people who wouldn't want to give exposure to the Lestrange family. "Honestly, I'm more into finding things that belong to the museum, but I'm sure that a temporary exhibit would be considered."
