If your mother just passed, it might be logical to start fresh, but the little things, the memories help you remember the person you love. My grandfather was killed during the war. We talked about moving. It sounded good, but in the end, this is home. There are little things that remind us of him. Sure, it hurt at the start, but now it's nice to have those memories."
She smiled. "You're a good son, but it's all right not to feel at home here. Give it time.
