Unfortunately, Remus could picture Sirius being cruel to the elf. Even if he didn't agree out-loud, it might have been written on his face. "That's good of you. better than many wizards, I'm sure." He wondered for a moment what Regulus would think of his kind? Or people like him, he should think. He was nervous to ask.
When the other man touched him, he looked over and did his best to not think about what Regulus was implying. He empathized, though, with Regulus' situation. "Still... In theory, the line could continue with Sirius. No reason to assume..." He actually had no idea what he was saying. Was he suddenly considering a pureblood notion? Remus took a drink to hide the face he made.
"My point is, you're their son. Your parents should have accepted you."
