So much for this not turning into a brunch where they do nothing but talk about 'the problem at hand', even if this was a completely different hand they'd been dealt. "You have a point," she begrudgingly admitted, even if she still didn't like to think of what such a thing could bring; it was a fine line to walk between the two points of view. This was one of the reasons she admired & respected the other woman so much - she never sugar coated things just to make them easier to swallow. That didn't mean she couldn't still bitch about it, though.

Dorcas should have known she really didn't need to explain what lengths she'd go to in helping, but it had been quite some time since she'd had the chance to prove that. She wasn't blind to their former leader's faults (as much as she knew the man), but that didn't erase that she held the man in a deep reverence.
