Dorcas busied herself in methodically alternating sips of coffee & bloody mary as she listened to Marlene. This was not their first rodeo, so just as she knew that the auror would happily carry a conversation? Said auror by now was used to her barely offering up a full sentence until at least a halfway through their meal.
Her expressive face gave away that she was indeed listening though; her opinion easily noted even from behind those darkened lenses. There was a pursing of her lips to compliment her exaggerated eye roll at the mention of wishing for war, though she nodded in a disappointed way regarding what little she'd heard of this newest batch of dark whackos. A hand was heavily run through her hair that wasn't even close to contained by her hairtie as she softly huffed over the observation of her 'sad' state. It was when the other mentioned of her own conquest that Dorcas finally peered over her glasses to smirk conspiratorially at Marlene. "Now I'll cheers to that," she got out while extending the mug of coffee she was currently holding.
After a moment more of being amused, she quietly checked over her shoulder before asking in a somber tone. "Do you think they - this group - could truly be a threat on par with...?" She didn't have to finish that sentence for it to be obvious what she meant.
