While Remus might have stepped away, Dorcas had already grabbed him by his elbow in an attempt to not drag herself down on top of him. So it was with a half-stumble that she did finally right her, in turn glaring at the person in front of her. At least that had been the plan right up until she realised who it was; her anger quickly dissipated with a defeated sigh.
"I'm fine. I'm fine," she groused as she tasted coppery blood dance in her mouth. "Are you?" The glare returned momentarily as she shot a look over her shoulder at a disembodied snicker. There wasn't time to truly tell any one off when she still needed a stupid outfit, so her attention came to the younger male again. "Sorry about that, Remus... I'm just running on empty and dress shopping for this gala tonight."
