Florean & Marlene
"How do you do?" he said, politely, but her continued complements made him smile brighter. Was she flirting? He liked to think so, and he approached their conversation accordingly. "Why, thank you! And I must say, you look smashing, yourself, and not just in a I have to complement you because you complemented me sort of way." Although, that was kind of what he was doing. "In fact, I'd say we were almost a matching pair in our black. What do you say we be smashing together for the rest of the night?"
Florean's passion for history became self evident in the way he spoke about it. "My favorite part? That's hard to say! I do get a kick out of looking at what sort of everyday items were used in the past, comparing and contrasting to our present life, to see how much has changed. Then again, I love paintings. The realistic ones are so realistic, but then I like to stand and look at them really close, and then you can see the artist's brushstrokes, so simple, but effective! The portraits are also cool, if you get them in a good mood - the painting's subject can tell you so much about their lives!"
