"I can see you crying yourself to sleep every night," she deadpanned, before she started to eat. Her eyes seldom moved from him. She hadn't survived by not knowing how to read people, and see knew Edgar too well not to recognize misdirection. "We arrested some of the Dark wizards that has been kidnapping people." Details weren't public, but Edgar was a Hit Wizard and she didn't feel like she was betraying the office. "Not everyone, but-" She shrugged. "They are working toward immortality. Bloody nutjobs."
