Draco's day had been busier than expected. Between his classes, prefect duties and now the Inquisitorial Squad, he was finding less and less time for himself. He had managed to spend his lunch time thinking of what exactly he wanted for his one night with Daphne, but everything he managed to think up was either too far fetched or it wasn't interesting enough. Draco knew that she wouldn't aim for anything he really wanted, knowing she'd probably walk out on him. Considering all he was doing for her in return was a promise of the safety of her little sister.
The last message he had left her before striding off to his next class was wear something nice, which he was aware could be taken in many more ways than one. First off, she had took it the wrong way, by stating he was implying she didn't look nice any of the other time. He wasn't going to lie, she was one of the better looking females in his year. It was just too bad she didn't swoon over him like the other few did. How he had initially hoped her to take it was his form of nice. Not nice as in 'something pretty', but a boys view of nice, therefore something he'd rarely seen Daphne in. It was worth a shot in his eyes, either way he hoped she was going to wear something that wasn't boring.
He arrived to his room early, planning to get out of his school uniform and hopefully into something respectable. Thankfully when he had first entered the common room, there wasn't anyone around apart from the occasional first year prowling around near the staircase to the girls dormitories. They wouldn't get very far, considering these were Slytherin females after all. Though, he didn't plan on telling them -- they'd find out the hard way.
He didn't chose anything too fancy to wear, it wasn't like he was going anywhere other than the common room. Instead, he changed into another white shirt, keeping one or two of the buttons at the top out, letting the collar hang loose across his neck. Everything else he wore made it look like a more casual version of the school uniform. Wasn't too dressy and it wasn't too casual, it was something in the middle.
Before he left, he had another quick thought of what other ideas he could do tonight. He still didn't have anything solid in his mind and it was only moments away before he had to meet Daphne and present what he had come up with. He did have one idea in the back of his mind, it wasn't something he asked many other females to do apart from Pansy, but at least it was something.
Draco quickly made his way to the common room, closing the door to the dormitory loud behind him. Sauntering down the stairs, he spotted Daphne instantly, considering she was the only person within the common room. With his usual swagger, he slowly strode over to her.
“Oh, it is nice.” He spoke, flashing her a smirk and letting his eyes look her up and down. After he had done, Draco moved closer towards her, turning himself and falling onto the couch.
