--Then again, why should she? Surely she's earned as much a right as any to explore every aspect of humanity. She's a big girl now, she can move past the sting of rejection, and Castiel certainly isn't the type who will turn her away because of this. At least, she hopes not. He's adjusting well, faster than she'd ever have expected, but it might be too much. There's too much conflict, too many things to take into consideration, and she can't just jump into things headfirst like she had done once. She's got to be smarter these days, more considerate of all the variables. It's with that thought in mind that she sneaks a brief glance over at him, and winds their conversation back quite a bit.
"When we were talking about emotions, you said you'd never felt love before." Which of course is about as subtle as a brick in the face, but at least it's Castiel that she's having this conversation with. You have to be much more overt than that normally to get him on the same page. "Do you think you've ever felt anything like that? You know, the nervousness, the racing pulse, the...desire that comes with it."
When she looks at him again next she's curious, an eyebrow arched slightly as she waits for an answer. It's foolish, reckless, and could ruin the tentative peace that they have going on in their little apartment full of spells and sigils and traps. This is what being human is about though, she appreciates that at least. What's the point otherwise?
