Anna is somewhat accustomed to the cold, but she's regretting not picking up something warmer before leaving now that she's actually out here. It had been a little too spur of the moment to think ahead about things like that, though, and she just tucks her hands under her arms and holds herself tightly as they walk. It's not unpleasant enough to warrant complaints, just enough on the side of uncomfortable. In any case, she's far too focused on their conversation to interrupt with comments about the weather.
"It must be strange." Her voice is soft, sympathetic even, and she hopes that his frustrations will temper down with time. It can't be easy adjusting to all of this so suddenly, it's not something she really had to go through herself. She grew into her emotions, Castiel has been thrown into the deep end. "Even the negative emotions aren't all bad though. Anger, sadness, it's important, else why would anyone try for the good parts?"
He's full of surprises tonight, it seems. The comment on their mornings together isn't one she's expecting, and she looks over at him for a moment. It's been a different sort of adjustment to get used to sharing their bed at nights, and though their sleep schedules rarely crosses over by more than a few hours, it's always a pleasant surprise when she wakes up first and finds him there still. That's a set of emotions she's choosing not to look into too much though, and she's happy to chalk it up to enjoying the company after her time alone.
"Well I'm glad its not just me who enjoys our mornings then. And it's not to everyone's taste, I thought it might be worth a try." She's been trying to vary their eating habits somewhat - or his, at least. She knows what she likes already, but he doesn't have that experience yet. "Did you find yourself thinking of something you'd prefer?"
