It's true, she has a point. Even if it is the end of days, Heaven very rarely likes to leave anything unchecked. A fallen rogue angel is exactly that and though he is undoubtedly their first priority, they likely have not forgotten her. He draws closer, looking around the small room she's been using. There are no books he can see, which makes speaking to her all the more difficult. He feels...vulnerable, as he often does when having to converse with people for prolonged amounts of time.
"If and when they do, we will deal with them accordingly," he says bluntly. "You are not alone in your efforts."
He isn't certain why defending her is so important to him, but it is. It stretches far beyond a simple desire to repay her for her actions regarding Uriel. He supposes it's merely a residual loyalty, but he knows it's likely more than that.
