"Perhaps because we haven't known each other for all too long? That may be enough to annoy anyone else.", he shrugged, leaving out the reason that most would more than likely find his interest in them somewhat unnerving. He was the god of lies and mischief really, so it wasn't as if his favor was all too appealing to most. Not that he'd really offer it to anyone else...but the details here really weren't all too important to the trickster. "I suppose you're just different.", he smiled, his fingers tapping against the other's shoulder.
It was unsurprising to hear the other found the task somewhat difficult, they were alike afterall. Still it left him somewhat undeterred, his fingers pausing against the other's back for only a moment before he continued. "Well then, I suppose it's a good thing I am a god and have no real concern over how long it will take.", Loki answered simply, content to let the other relax against him. He didn't mind if the other slept, that much was apparent since he'd gone through the trouble of letting himself get comfortable. "I know it will take time, but I believe it will be worth the effort.", he shrugged, reaching over to slip off the other's glasses and tucking them away in Wesley's front pocket. "You are worth it..Now rest. We can talk more later."
