"I wasn't talking about wearing them. I simply said that under the right circumstances I find them attractive on a man. There's a difference.", Loki smiled as he corrected the other, slightly surprised the other called him 'friend'. Then again it wasn't as if he'd given the man a reason not to trust him. And he sort of enjoyed his company, so maybe they were friends on some level, even if the idea of having someone trust him enough to do so intimidated the god just a little. "Well not too big. That would look ridiculous...", he shrugged, laughing when the other said exactly what he was thinking. They did look like their skin was irritated just a bit....or a lot really. The scales definitely didn't help in that.
He felt himself sigh in relief when the other seemed to be alright, rubbing at his jaw absently. "Sore but...", he trailed off when the third demon showed itself, the hit making Loki cringe at the sound. He rushed over quickly, dropping his daggers in favor of forcefully pulling the demon off of the other man. It took a bit of effort to drag him back, the thrashing creature in his arms taking Loki's attention away from the other. He almost lost his hold when the demon threw it's head back, dazing the god slightly. He cursed softly, tightening his grip and making it howl in pain. He couldn't finish it off like this, but he feared that letting go would be a mistake. It would only go after the hunter again. He forced himself to concentrate, his golden armor shining as it settled in place. If anything it would keep him from getting hurt by it's thrashing.
