So much for her plan to get in there undetected. She didn't want him to see her like this. She didn't want anyone to see her like this. She wanted all memory of this day to be gone forever. She didn't want to think about what had happened, didn't want to think about the three bullets she'd tucked into her bag, didn't want to ever see the serial killer known as Sylar again.
Her plan had gone horribly wrong. She was supposed to feel good right now, satisfied. Instead she was left feeling cold and empty. It had all played out so much simpler in her head, confront him, bring him in and hope he spent the rest of his life rotting in a prison cell. That hadn't been how it happened at all, and she didn't think she was going to be able to get his face out of her mind, his words.
She was on an emotional overload right now, and she barely registered that Jeremiah was talking to her. She was under too much stress and this had just added to it. Instead of answering any of his questions, she started to cry, it wasn't the best reaction she could have had, but given her situation she didn't know what else to do.
