The proof of that was in how easily Malia came back inside from the roof top as she followed her nose; she had taken to keeping herself with the new addition of a wolf to the house as the were-coyote still wasn't the biggest fan of that part of the Meru family line. She was trying to reserve her judgement about the new woman in the house but giving the unpleasant and lasting impression the older wolf had given her and how he kept reinforcing her urge to rumble with him, Malia had very little doubt that she'd dislike this wolf just as much as the other.
"Is that...Nonni's recipe?" She asked as she sniffed the air once again and came wandering over to the kitchen counter top and looked over the various items there; floured dough, a bowl that looked like it had had sweetened goo in it, the slight hint of paprika to give the cinnamon a little snap in the apples. It sure looked like Bella had all the little secret ingredients of her little quick-tongued granny's recipe there but the real test would be in the pie itself.
