Arik had let his hand move over Stefan's abs, smearing the sticky liquid over him after he finished. The hunger was gripping his stomach, and he pulled back away from Stefan, only to be met with the other's arms wrapping around his neck. Arik blinked, eyes shifting from looking into one green pool to the other and only barely recognizing the soft words being spoken at him.
His mouth opened, brows furrowing in struggle. Arik closed his eyes, trying to focus his mind. How many had she forced him to kill? How many had he enjoyed killing? How hungry did he feel now and he wasn't even at a club where it would not matter.
When he opened his eyes they had not adjusted back. He leaned down, kissing Stefan gently. "Maybe eating is a good idea..." He whispered against his lips. "But I don't want you to leave." Stefan was not likely the best person to rely on to keep him from attacking Claudia, but at least he understood the hunger.
"I can smell her from here..." He shook his head. Even though he had softened, he shifted his hips against Stefan's.
