Tas nodded, finding himself surprised that she was okay with the fact that he was a hunter and one that could hurt her. She was okay with the fact that he could not be, what did she call it before? Cuddly? He did not expect such understanding. Was it like with the witches? He had been shown, taught one thing his whole life and now he was finding out that wasn't the case? That things weren't so black and white. Maybe.
"Well," he said, thinking as an after thought, "Since you are buying me things and I lost my set, do I get a new set of blades? Makes it easier to protect you." He smirked, expecting her to say no. Giving a hunter-slave a weapon? Surely she knew that most people would say that was a bad idea.
Tas listened to her play. He recognised the song and, yes, it sounded off but it wasn't bad. He leaned back, listening. This felt okay, safe even. He nodded.
"Not bad," he said, "I could give you some pointers if you wanted?"
