It had taken him most of the morning to walk back to Jannati from the werecheetah's home; not because he had particularly bothered with being cautious of sneaking, but because he'd just wanted to take his time and half expected at any moment to be tackled and dragged back. As he got further and further away though, he realized that no one was going to come after him from the house and make him go back.
Of course, that didn't mean the same would be true back in the city and with everything he'd ever had no longer actually his, Seifer figured the best course of action was to just enjoy his day off as he came to think of it before some wise guy decided to make a scene out of it. It hadn't been too hard for him to keep busy and as the morning turned to afternoon and the afternoon to evening, he decided to see one last friend before he ran out of time.
"Well that had to be the biggest weight in the world just put on you." Seifer commented dryly as he leaned against the wall of the police building like that was the sole purpose for the structure to be there, "How's it hanging, Becket? Did ya miss me that much?"
