Emerson was equal parts thankful when she pulled away and ready for more. The feeling of her lips against his was like a balm to his nerves, and it did things to him that he didn't just attribute to the the amount of time since he'd, well, enjoyed a woman's company. Still, he didn't want to seem like some creep who was all about getting into the pants of a girl he'd just met. He actually liked Jenna, and he wasn't sure rushing things much beyond that point was a good way of showing it.
"I'm clearly Elphaba because fuck the man," he responded dryly to her question, trying to ease back into sarcastic Emerson as opposed to incredibly-turned-on Emerson. He relaxed with his arms around her, trying to at least pay some attention to the movie they were watching. "And if you make fun of me knowing what you were talking about, there will be consequences."
