Who: The Doctor and Willow Where: Their estate When: 8/2/2015 Rating: TBD... though it is these two Status: Closed | Ongoing
The Doctor sighed as he paced about the living area of his larger-than-necessary estate, rubbing hands together, and shaking his head stubbornly as he moved around. Exasperated, The Doctor found himself annoyed with the heat of the summer day. It pulsed on, quivering with heat as it dragged itself across the roof, baking the entire estate in an unimaginable desire to cook everything inside. Or, so that's how the Doctor portrayed it in his mind.
The heat was bothersome for many reasons, not the least of which being that it meant life was just simply simpler inside than out, which meant there wasn't much to be doing. He'd done his tinkering for the day, simple things here or there, but nothing too exciting at all; he'd been distracted with thoughts, and his usual musings of whatever came to him at any given moment. So now he was bored, and he wished to be doing something, anything, and decided to give up on his pacing and go and find Willow.
Clara was out for the afternoon doing whatever it was Clara did on these sorts of afternoons; so it was up to Willow to entertain the Doctor this day. Making his way up the stairs, he decided first to check her room to see if she were there. The house itself was relatively cool, he had central air, so everything was nice; yet, the giant windows in the library often made the heat rise a bit in that room, so he thought she might hide in the comfortable confines of her own room.
Making his way to it, he didn't bother knocking as he simply let himself in, looking around with an upturned brow to see if she were in there, "Willow? Willow, it's time you provided my entertainment. I'm considerably bored today, and there's absolutely nothing to do."
