Thanatos continued to lick at the blood around the wound, before wrapping his lips against it and drinking a bit of the taste. Eyes shutting as he savored it, then slowly pulled back, closing the wound with a lick. Reaching up then, he snatched her by her throat, his large hand pushing her back against a wall, forcing her head back as he leaned over her and looked down into her eyes with a snarl.
"You brought a bleeding, dead carcass to my door? You'll be scrubbing it clean then, understand? And do not be so reckless in your hunting, you may shift into an animal, but you don't have an animal's instincts, or passion for the kill. You're unseasoned, don't be so careless..."
One might think that he meant that because he didn't want to lose her, but really, anyone who might understand Thanatos would know that he found mistakes like that a weakness in a hunter. He did the same with Terra, he wanted them to be stronger, more fierce, and if she had animal blood in her veins he wanted to see it. Still, even as he held her head pinned back against the wall, he looked her over, the blood splattered on her from the kill, from where it had been left even after her shift.
"Though, hmm, yes... I do think maybe I like you bleeding a little. What do you think, Pet? You taste so good, your blood is a fantastic one. It is nice to see a bit of animal coming out of you, a nice change of pace."
