"I have wandered this earth for many years. I have seen many things and fought for many people since I abandoned my instinct to kill, de gozaru," he said quietly. "There is not a life that I do not cherish. I would gladly lay my life on the line if it is needed for those I can help. What then would you think I would do for you?" he asked gently.
