The collar would be required but Torin could do nothing about that. It was a requirement, a necessary evil for Raksha to endure.
"Thank you" Torin said with a brighter smile, it was true the collar would stop him running but Torin had hope that he wouldn't try. He knew freedom was important to Raksha but he had hoped the home he was providing wasn't so awful.
Torin did move forward but only as far as the doorway, it was Raksha's space and it wouldn't be fair to simply assume he could enter without express permission.
