WHO: Caroline and Klaus WHEN: Week 9, Friday Afternoon WHERE: Starting at the Mikaelson Estate, heading to the city later! WHAT: Caroline is going to show Klaus that being human isn't all bad because McNuggets. RATING: TBD STATUS: Closed/In-Progress
Aside from Caroline, most of those present within the Mikaelson Estate weren't taking well to their very sudden return to the mortal coil, none moreso paranoid and furious than Klaus. Aside from the first moments spent fortifying the estate, he'd spent most of his time pacing within his infuriatingly mortal coil and all but waiting for whatever had done this to undo it. He couldn't remain a mere human for the rest of his days, weak and watching the clock tick the minutes away as death slowly crept up on him. He had lived too long, survived too much to die in such a spectacularly human way.
The formerly ancient vampire paced inside of his study, pausing only to pour himself a second glass of scotch. Stuck in such a weak place... It drove him mad to think a disease could cripple him in this state. A knife driven into his body could mean death. A damned, bloody rabid dog could be the end of him as things were, so pathetically mortal was he. He could already feel the bite of the alcohol impairing his judgment slightly as a warm tingle spread throughout his body. Tipsy. He was bloody well tipsy. Downing the rest of the glass, Klaus threw it across the room, watching as it shattered against the wall.
"Bloody hell," he swore, returning to the pacing as he counted the minutes. When this was all through, and it would be through at some point he'd convinced himself, he would find whomever was responsible and show them their organs one by one before snuffing out their pitiful existance.
