To say that Seifer was "settling in" well would be a lie. He was going out of his skull with boredom most of the time as Zell really hadn't thought this whole slave thing through at all. So far he'd counted all of the tiles in the main bathroom, attempted to find a loop hole in the security system twice, and even fucking cleaned because he was just that fucking bored.
And the worst part yet was that he still hadn't gotten a fucking smoke out of it.
So here it was, the middle of the third night, everything was dead quiet because there was fuck all around, and Seifer was pacing his room. Again, trying to explain to the dumbass kid that human beings, and just people in general, were NOT house pets and needed more to life then to simply exist hadn't sunk in and it had ended with a yelling match as young and stubborn clashed with older and more stubborn until Seifer had ended up locked up for the night...Also, again.
Or at least for part of the night. He'd heard Zell unlock the door as he'd gone to bed a couple of hours ago while Seifer had been doing what he could to pass time, which had been push-ups, sit-ups and just general pacing. He supposed the werecheetah had done it so that he wouldn't have to deal with Seifer pounding on the door to be let out for a piss.
The older blond couldn't care less about that right now. What he wanted was a smoke and he wanted it badly. He could try heading into the kitchen and use an element there to get a light. He'd done it before in his own place when he couldn't find or be bothered to look for his lighter.
It would really take all of 3 minutes at best to walk there, light his cigarette and head back to his cell. Hell, maybe he'd just pace around the rest of his prison while he was at it. It wasn't like he had anything else to do either.
Unfortunately, what he didn't know was that Zell had set the internal alarm system as well as the external so it was a something of a shock to have all hell erupt on him when he walked into the kitchen as he was reaching for the light switch. "Jesus Christ!!"
