Goyle could only stare at his wife, silent and confused, for a few minutes. At first he didn't understand what she was saying, and then, when he did, he tried very hard to hide his smirk. He was now beginning to think that she thought he had a witch on the side, and he couldn't help but be flattered. Goyle was never a ladies' man, but it was nice to think his wife thought he was.
"You're more than enough for me, sweetheart," he said, turning away from her. "Work just keeps me very busy sometimes." Even though it wasn't a paying job, Goyle still considered his work in the Dark Lord's ranks to be like an occupation.
