She nodded, taking another deep breath and looking again into his face. Turns out this would become a coping mechanism for her going forward.
"Well then, are we ready?" She asked, so glad she had him there with her, even if she didn't know him all that well other than from their school years. She straightened up, deciding if she was going to underdressed, at least she'd be confident about it.
