Listening to Hailey had Kenzie grinning, she wondered if kids were something her sister wanted with Penny. She knew Hailey wanted kids of her own, she just couldn't see Hailey's girlfriend wanting them. It didn't fit with the love story Kenzie had wrote up for them in her head, but then, their relationship didn't fit into her love story either. She supposed you truly couldn't stop love.

Kenzie got up from her father's lap then, giving him a quick kiss to the cheek, before was falling into a seat next to Hailey. "How are things with Penny?" she asked in a softer voice, though she was certain her father would hear anyway. Kenzie wasn't always the best at keeping secrets from the man.
