eat negative calorie fruits or vegetables because then eating is actually helping you burn calories because it takes more engergy to digest what you eat than the food has in it. watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew, celery, and lots of other foods are negative calorie foods. snack on those. you'll feel more comfortable and you won't have to feel guilty because you'll burn more calories eating them than you would if you didn't eat them at all.
