celery, something like that. if your body's craving chocolate and you don't think one hershey's kiss'll do it, try jell-o brand sugar free pudding mix. it calls for 2c skim milk, but try 1c milk & 1c water for a 4 cup, 90kcal treat. sugarfree jello is also 2 cups for 40kcal, in every flavor ever.
