Tips?
Comment here with yours.
I will start it out and number them along the way...
1. Keep a diary of things you find empowering to your weight loss, ED or not. (mine is a tiny notebook that repeats the words: I am a fat cow.
2. Find any reason to exercise. Even if it's just running to your room.

When in doubt, run it out.

A moment on the lips, forever on the hips doesn't have to be true. Find out the calorie content of what you're about to eat, and then afterward exercise to burn off DOUBLE that amount.

Always always always tell your parents you're gonna eat at your friend's house, then leave at dinnertime. Walk around the block.

Monitor your blood glucose carefully (meters are available w/o prescription at your local Target Store) and when you hit 70 or lower, you should eat a small amount of something with complex carbs. You'll lose weight and be blood-smart!

Save a penny for every good exercise day, a nickel for ever good eating day, a dime for a combination of the two, a quarter for every half pound lost, and a dollar for every pound. You'll be rich before you know it.

Buy a pair of jeans two or three sizes smaller than you fit into, hang them on your door and try them on every day.

Stuck at the dinner table with mom and dad? Don't panic. Get a cup you can't see through, fill it a little with milk, pretend to drink and spit your food in there. Give it to the dogs, if you have any. Spit into a napkin. Say you ate a ton at school/work/friends so you're not hungry enough to finish it all. Keep saying you're busy, you need to do something else so you can be excused.

Being cold burns more calories than being warm because your body has to work to keep you from getting too cold.

If you crave chocolate, have a magnesium supplement. (normally when you crave it, you just want magnesium)

Put in a retainer or mouth guard that you can't eat with. It'll stop you from losing control.
