Thread: Gav & Hannon
Who: Gav Reyes and Hannon Raleigh.
When: August 30th. Afternoon.
Where: Hannon's room.
What: A visit.

The start of school was only a few days away, and Gav was not particularly looking forward to it. He had worked fairly hard at summer school, and with Hannon's help, had passed his classes. So, starting in a few days, he would be entering his Senior Year, which put him only one year behind where he should have been.

He had to admit, that felt pretty good.

He had been outside, having a smoke - he always tried to do that away from Hannon, so as not to tempt him- and once he was finishedm headed up to see the other. He shuffled along in his ripped jeans and long-sleeved shirt, up the stairs and down the hallway until he came to Hannon's door on the staff floor.

He frowned a little bit at the door. Gav knew things had been difficult for Hannon since they had left his parents house, and he always hoped every day that things would miraculously get better. Releasing a soft sigh, he knocked with one gloved hand.

Things weren't better, not really, but they had quieted down. After he'd left his parents house he'd gotten all sorts of e-mails and phone calls and there had been a whole lot of fights but as more time passed things had settled and more often than not his inbox was empty and his phone calls were unanswered. It was depressing and kept him from even getting excited about school, his first full year. He was doing his best to keep things positive, at least when other people were around and especially when Gavriel was around.

He was currently staring at his blank computer screen when he heard the knock and sighed. He put on a smile and turned around in his seat fully expecting someone from the school to come and see him and not at all who it was. He smiled brightly and got up, pulling him in for a hug. "Hey! Where have you been all morning?"

Gav slid into the hug, his arms sliding around Hannon, his head resting against his shoulder briefly, a little smile playing on his lips. When the hug broke he stepped into the room, shutting the door behind him.

"Sleeping. Smoking. Playing the guitar a bit. Not necessarily in that order," he replied as he kicked off his shoes, leaving them in a heap beside the door. Then he walked further into Hannon's room, and went over to the sofa to flop down, making himself at home, as he tended to do there. He spent almost as much time there as he did in his own room, after all.

"What have you been doing?"

	"Just getting ready for school." He answered, taking a deep breath as Gavriel let him go. He glanced over at his computer briefly and then back at him and moved closer again. "Come here, let me smell your hair, I haven't had a smoke in two whole days." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Gav snorted and got up again. "That's sort of weird, you know," he said as he went closer and wrapped himself around Hannon again. "But good that you haven't smoked in two days. 	"Well why'd you start smoking again after that long?" Gav asked him as he let Hannon breathe in the scent of his hair. It was strange, but it was better than Hannon smoking a cigarette himself, he figured. If it helped him quite, he'd let Hannon smell his hair as much as he wanted to. 	"I have those, yeah, but I've never tried to quit smoking before," Gav pointed out with a mild case of amusement. He grinned a little and shrugged his shoulders. "I'll have a drink, sure.
