[FIC] "Accordo fra Gentiluomini" (Gorgeous Carat, Renaissance)

A/N: One phrase is taken from Peter Greenaway's splendid film "The Draughtsman's Contract" - you'll know which one. :) Noir is Neri here, and he insists on translating Floréan's family name, too. Thank you, [info]moshesque, for speedy beta! Any remaining mistakes are my own, as always. Enjoy!

[FIC] "Zolf et Coagula" (HP/FMA crossover; Snape/Kimbley)

Title: Zolf et Coagula
Author: [info]liriaen
Prompt: Severus Snape/Zolf J. Kimberly, Renaissance.
Rating: R
Wordcount: ~ 5.140
Summary: In which Master Snape's boy discourses on the Work Which Transforms God.
A/N: Being a late 16th/early 17th century pastiche. I had to set this some years later, actually, making it late Elizabethan, because I discovered that the Renaissance wasn't all that hot on Alchemy. This piece wouldn't be what it is if I hadn't been able to consult Peter Ackroyd's "The House of Doctor Dee" and some rather... odd... treatises. [info]katilara and [info]erastes graciously offered their skills as betae. Kimberly is Kimblee here, and any remaining mistakes are my own, obviously. Enjoy! :)

By the Blood of our Saviour, never will I forget the first time I laid eyes upon him. )

The Halloween Challenge Master List

The List (WIP) )

Prompts )

- Some of the suggestions submitted allow participants the option of cross-over or fusion possibilities. (For example - [info]chichirinoda's submission of (Supernatural: Road trip from hell in a classic car). You can play with that two ways. Let's say you choose Bleach from Column A and the above from Column B. You can create say a Bleach/Supernatural fusion or simply create a Bleach AU (using Supernatural's plot). Keep that in mind!

Challenge Rules can be found here. And rules for claiming can be found here.
