Jackson Freaking Browne, yo. I love this man. If I could find more decent-quality pictures, I would make five million icons of him. As it was, a lot of these weren't very pretty and took a bit of cleaning up, which may or may not have been sufficient. Whatever, it's Jackson Freaking Browne.
