So... Of all the times Troy had been afraid of 'losing' Will, he hadn't thought it would ever be by his own hand. Or, well, by Will's, rather. It'd torn Troy up over the past few days, debating between 'I'm too stubborn' and 'He's an asshole'. There were several internal debates going on, actually. Was it that Zap was a dirty 'ho and it was her fault for rubbing all up on Will? Or was was it Will's fault taking (or at least enjoying) the bait? Zap probably hadn't wanted anything from Will but a dance... The Native wasn't sure if Will had wanted more from her or not. His reaction to finding out about she and Ronan's engagement hadn't helped Troy in siding with Omen. When it boiled down to the bare bones of the situation, Troy found himself simply missing Will's company. With that in mind, and the state of the world causing most everyone to desire living life to its fullest, Troy had decided to seek his fella out and do what he always did to patch things up - act as though nothing had happened. When Will was depressed or down, he could usually be found doing something semi-educational. Which was bizarre to Troy; he just ate. For some reason, his retard thought he was half-way smart or something, though. So, Torrent booked it to the library (haha).

Sure enough, hunched over a stank-ass, ancient history book was William. Heh. He looked tired. Good. Troy knew Joe's 'couch' sucked. Will probably hadn't been getting a lot of sleep, either way. Neither had he...

He stepped up behind him, not necessarily in a sneaking manner, and placed his hands on Will's shoulders, then let them slip to rest on his biceps. He bent so he was speaking into the lighter man's hair, "Oooh, you touch my tralala..." he grinned.

"Your ding ding dong?" Will forced out with a laugh. Troy had surprised him almost completely. He must have been more focused on his book than he thought. Not really, Napoleon wasn't really doing anything for him today. Like most of the last three days, his brain was busy churning away on the events of the prom. Mostly, how he had fucked up and pushed Troy away. One minute he blamed himself, believing his actions had earned him a lifetime of shame and loneliness. Then in a whiplash inducing change of view he was entirely innocent, the blame resting on Mars (not dancing with Zap) and Zap (enjoying dancing with Will). Then, of course, there was the proposal, out on the lawn after a fight. That's great. Stupid Eddie punching Betsy so he and Troy were out on the lawn to witness said proposal. Okay, the punch ("heard 'round the tent" as some had coined it) was pretty cool, and Will had told Eddie so himself, but still. Bottom line, Will knew it was his fault. But admitting fault didn't come easy to Will, unless the stakes were high enough, and this time they probably were.

Will controlled his laugher but couldn't suppress the smile that had found its way onto his face. Troy's touch made everything better, partly just the fact that he would touch him. The Native's natural warmth meant comfort, affection and love. Will's hand left the table and moved up to join Troy's. "I missed you."

"Of course you did, sweet thang." Troy responded, sounding serious. He'd only hoped it was so. He shifted so his fingers could grasp Will's, then moved to sit beside the telekine. He positioned himself so he was facing Omen, one leg bent and tucked under the other. His arm rested lazily on the back of the wooden chair. "You gotta be loyal. You can say whatever you want right now, but I'm tellin' you, that's how it's gotta be." If Will said 'I'll be loyal', Troy planned to snog him under the table. Since when did he think the word 'snog'? Harry Potter bullshit. "I don't care who it is. If it isn't me, I'm out. I love you, ya 'hole." Without realizing it, Troy had taken on his 'listen to my words' demeanor. He hadn't meant to. Perhaps his plan for 'pretending everything was fine' wasn't going to fly for him. He smiled suddenly, and used his right hand to reach under the table and touched Will's leg.

God. Troy really did love him. After a few days to settle down, Will guessed the hydrokine was ready to forgive and forget. Good; Omen was ready to beg for forgiveness and never look at Zap again. Or at least not dance with her. "Troy, I'm loyal." The sometimes too-proud Leo declared, "I don't want anybody else." Once again, Will couldn't believe he was saying this to another man (the Huck Finn to his Tom Sawyer), but he was past all that. He loved Troy and it was that simple. And he'd soak anyone who had a problem with that. Will's hand moved to Troy's and he gave it a squeeze. "I know you don't want to talk about it, but I'm sorry." Will needed to at least say it once.

"'kay," Torrent said, dismissively. Noted. Will was sorry. "C'mon, I gotta get laid." He tugged on Will's pant leg, then took the hand that had been on his and stood. "And no, I didn't forgive you so I could do you." Only partly. "Swordfight!" So what if Shan or Eddie knew they planned to spank it? Dewey was a drag, it might lighten their day...

Will couldn't help but smile, even as Troy made a bit of an ass out of himself. He did roll his eyes pretty hard, "Troy!" Will said in a minorly scolding tone. "Do you ever think about where you are before you yell something?" Will griped, but didn't fight back. In fact, he tightened his grasp on Troy's hand and stood as well.

Oh. 'Daddy's back,' Troy thought. He smirked, "Stop asking pointless questions. It cuts into doin' it time." No, Troy usually didn't think before he shouted a proclamation of love-like or getting-it-on-ish nature. The Navajo headed for the double doors with his favorite conqueror in tow and planned to disappear into their room until someone thought they'd gone missing entirely.
