Q: Wasn't Wreckoning originally a Season 3 storyline? What the hell? A: Yes, it was! But due to lack of activity and interest, it was revamped into a apocalyptic storyline set six months after Season 5 of Angel.
Q: Am I allowed to bring back characters that have died on the show? If so, who is allowed? A: Yes. The only characters I'd consider bring back is Fred, Wesley, and Tara. All other characters I will not be accepting, but this may however change. If you decide to pick up on of these characters, you must contact the mod first with an explanation on how they will be brought back. For instance, Cordelia has been brought back by The Powers That Be. You may contact the mod at vodka.and.irony@gmail.com.
Q: How do facilities work? Are there any floorplans? How concrete is security? A: Facilities are shelters set up by The Initiative, and operated by Riley and Sam Finn. There is two facilities hidden underground in every city. There are currently no floorplans, but the mod will be working on blueprints and hopefully they will be up soon. Until then, you'll just have to use your imagination. There are four levels in every facility, twenty rooms on each floor, and the top floor is the control center where electrical unities and security cams is located at, where access will be limited to Initiative members only. Several securities guards work around the clock on each floor. There are curfew hours. When the sun goes down, everyone is expected to be in their cell rooms, and they aren't allowed to wander outside until the morning. If you're still confused on how this work, you may contact the mod.
Q: How does day changes work? Why do they exist? A: Day changes will be posted every two weeks. You will be allowed to post your entry within that timeline frame, however you may backdate, so long as you mention it's backdated. These changes are set up in weeks. For example:
Week One Dates: Monday June 16th through Sunday June 27rd Season: Summer 2008 Month: Mid June
These changes will be posted on the main threading journal every two weeks. Why do they exist? After modding my community dust_till_dawn for nearly a year, I had plenty of people who were confused with the timeframe. Thus, this makes it much easier to keep track of what thread took place and when. You must post what day it is in your post. Example:
Who. Buffy Summers What. Buffy patrols the grounds When. Tuesday June 17th; Early Evening Where. Las Vegas; local cemetery Rating. TBD Progress. Complete
Q: I'm pretty intimidated to join. What is expected out of my application? A: If you're applying for a canon, you must post an rpg example of that character. We expect to see how much you maintain the accuracy of the character, and also your quality and depth of your roleplaying abilities. If you're applying for an original, we search for originality! As for the roleplay sample, you may submit any sample(it doesn't have to be your original character), but we still look for quality and depth.
Q: Are sex scenes allowed? A: Of course they are allowed. But we ask you put your post under a cut and warn others of the rating.
Q: How often am I expected to post? A: At least three times a week. But we encourage you post as much and consistently as possible. Activity is a must here. We won't tolerate insolence. If you're inactive for a month, we will contact you through email, and if we don't receive in answer within a week, we will assume you are no longer interested in the storyline and pull you out.
Q: How long do I have to finish threads? A: One week for one-on-one threads, and 2-3 weeks for larger group threads. If the threads aren't finish, we will force you to close it up and mark it as complete. It may sound harsh, but this is how we keep the thread flowing smoothly. It's up to you to keep up and remain avid.
