"I did, and I do hope you did as well," Lucius spoke as he crossed the room in long, smooth strides, again bowing his head as he sat across from the girl. His eyebrow arched at her comment on his cane and he smirked with his pride over the gift, "Thank you, my dear Ms.Black. It was a gift from my father," He had a moment to bask in how good the gift was before he reached into his pocket and got the gift for Narcissa, putting it on the table in between them.

"I do hope you find my gift as interesting as my cane," He teased, tapping it with one slender finger and waiting for her to open her own present. It was a set of earrings and necklace, emeralds set in silver, that he thought would look magnificent on Narcissa. He would want nothing less for her.
