Who: Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks
What: Breaking the news to Remus and hoping he doesn't storm out.
Where: Hogwarts
When: Sunday afternoon
Rating: Mid-level

Unable to sleep the night before, Tonks managed to sneak in a quick nap before Remus arrived on Sunday afternoon. It didn't seem fair, all of this happening now of all times and before they were even married, but she could hardly blame the product (as she was having a difficult time thinking of the word 'baby'). It was hardly its fault.

Before Remus arrived, much as she had the evening before, she paced the length of the hall. Despite not having to work, Tonks wore robes, now keenly aware of her extra weight now that she was certain it wasn't just in her head. Frankly she'd preferred it before she'd known. At least then she was able to ignore it.

For the dozenth time in as many minutes, she checked her watch. How was she supposed to tell Remus that both of their lives were about to change in a way neither of them had expected and she had never hoped for?
