It wasn't that he didn't understand the need for secrets, but he was definitely not used to being anyone's employee and the expectations that went along with that. Given a few days, he would learn not to ask so many questions and not worry that one of the twins might be dead in the backroom because of a freak experiment gone wrong.
"So this isn't Ministry monitored?" Roger asked, peering at the fireplace before leaning back. Nodding in approval, he added, "Good. There's no telling if they might use the network for unintended purposes." His mother had disconnected the Floo in his parents' home, before advising him to do the same and taking an extended leave from the Ministry. Being Muggleborn, it had been the best option for her and she was now hiding out with some of her distant relatives.
