"Sorry, Argo, love, you're going to have to move." The large siberian cat peered up listlessly at Daphne, and rolled over on it's back lethargically, stretching it's large legs. Sighing heavily, Daphne shook her head from the bathroom, just off of the bedroom. "I know you're not happy, but I promised Nikolas that you would not take his place." The cat blinked at Daphne, as the woman took off her diamond encrusted chandelier earrings and placed them on the dress besides the entrance to the bathroom. Tugging a matching diamond encrusted hair comb from her hair, brown strands framed her face as she frowned towards the cat. The cat stared at her, it's large glassy green eyes watching her movements. Running her fingers through her hair, she brushed them from her eyes and stared directly back at the cat. Technically, she was kicking the cat out of it's rightful spot, it was a tradition for the cat to take Nikolas' spot when he worked late. Having Daphne demand that it leave that spot was like telling someone with OCD to not wash their hands.
"Off." She said a little more firmly, the cat's ears visibly went forward, as it rolled onto its side. A purr that sound a little more like a growl came from the large beast, as Daphne waved her hand. "Don't get that tone with me, get off." The cat rose to it's feet, tail flicking in frustration as it pawed across the bed and jumped down with a loud thud. Watching the cat squeeze through the crack in the door, Daphne just shook her head and shrugged off her emerald green silk robe to reveal a simple green négligée. Honestly, what she wears in the bedroom, really shouldn't be a shock. If Daphne didn't actually share her bedroom, there was a high chance she would sleep naked, but sadly, she did not have her bed to herself. With Nikolas sharing her room, and her bed, she didn't have that option, thus she went with the next best option.
Throwing off the down comforter, Daphne glanced at the clock with a yawn. Nikolas didn't give her a time that he would be home, just told her he would be out late. Climbing into bed, she grabbed her wand, and flicked them towards the candles which illuminated the bed room. As they were extinguished, the room suddenly fell into darkness, the only light coming from the moon shining through the large bay windows that lined the room. Pulling the blanket up to her chin, she shivered slightly, and regretted shooing Argo away so soon. At least with Argo sleeping next to her, it would be another source of warmth. Without the over sized cat, Daphne had a large double king sized bed all to herself.
