“Well it’s only a punishment that I’ll use with you,” Don replied, crossing his arms over his chest as she stared him down. He wouldn’t honestly, but the temptation was definitely there. “Them with wands?” Did he pale? Because he felt like all the blood had drained out of his face. He felt kind of faint at the idea. “I’d love for them to have magic, but I think I’d also love it if they didn’t.” He knew how cruel the magical world could be.
For Don resisting the cute was easy. Of course he had practice day in and day out of these three staring up at him and trying to convince him that they hadn’t done anything wrong. Oh he’d certainly fallen for it when they were younger and he hadn’t realized how devious they were, but he’d grown out of the cuteness of it a long time ago.
“No. No dating. Ever.” Don shuddered at the idea of any of these three dating. They already seemed to have the majority fo women they met wrapped around their tiny fingers with just a flash of their blue eyes and a shy grin. He couldn’t imagine what they’d be like when they got older. It was a daunting, scary idea.
“Adults without children don’t do enough play perhaps.” Don was quite certain he did enough play to last him for years to come. The triplets were always trying to drag him into playing something with them. He did have to put his foot down though when they started trying to stuff things down his pants or shirt. That definitely wasn’t fun.
Still he moved over to the four of them and sat down, mentally adding Myron to the kids in his mind. “Maybe, but I think he upsets the other two sometimes when they’re still building and he knocks it all down.”
