Don used to do things spur of the moment. Orsino could attest to that considering the number of times he'd simply shown up at the man's flat unannounced. Things had changed for him though with the birth of the triplets. He couldn't be as impulsive with his time. Most of his 'free' time was spent tugging the kids along with him. But he wouldn't change it for anything. He loved his three even if they were giant trouble makers.
When he heard the knocking on the door he cursed in his head, making certain he kept his words mild in front of the terrors. They'd already picked up a number of bad words from him and Elizabeth was going to have his head. He really wished she was here though. The visitor would e so much easier to handle if it wasn't just him and the three kids.
"Ah no, no, my little thief," Don called out, scooping up all three kids as he made his way to the door. He was wearing a pair of loose fitting jeans with a few tears in them. He was pretty sure the tears hadn't been there when he put them on. His t-shirt was covered in various bits of food that the terrors had a tantrum over eating and he knew his hair was more than a little more disheveled then normal. Did he care though? No. This person wanted to come over unannounced then they could deal with how he looked and how his kids acted.
He did, however, set his kids down behind the kiddy gate sectioning off the sitting room with a matching one that stopped them from leaving the sitting room to get to the kitchen. Definitely easier to answer the door without kids in his hands. "Yes?" he called out as he pulled the door open. Of course then he saw who it was and he mock frowned and made as though he was going to close the door. "It's you. What do you want? Answer quick, the door's on it's way shut."
