Severus paused, not quite straightening, and looked, blank, at the board for a moments. He obviously was not paying close enough attention. "I would never dream of it," he muttered, moving a pawn out of the line of fire for the moment. He couldn't think of many things that sounded more tiring, really. "It sounds like an awful bore. I can't say where the Slytherins decided to go." But they'd been smart enough not to introduce him to any of their problems. "One hopes it doesn't happen so very often. They do have classes to be fretting over, instead."
