There was a faint sigh pressed against his mouth and that kiss was broken long enough for her to take in a small hitch of a breath. Her eyes had been shut tight at this point and it was only now during this tiny break that she let them flutter open. Lyra tilted her head back and found her lips, tingling slightly from the kissing, quirked into a lopsided smile.
She adjusted the way she sat to be a bit more lady-like. Her leg was drawn down from his lap and she twisted to sit cross legged and sideways so that she was still facing him but not straddling him so!
"Okay," she managed taking a deeper breath and giving him a moment to adjust as well. She couldn't possibly hide how big her smile was growing unless she hid it by the very act of kissing once more, which she did. Lyra leaned forward, both hands coming to rest lightly on his shoulder as she did so.
Just before she pressed another kiss against his mouth she murmured sweetly, "I could really get used to this."
