"Mmmhm," she understood perfectly well what he meant, even agreed with the observation. Lyra had never taken Divination too serious herself until later in life and had only considered it a strong magic when she had met Stephen, who had always taken it so seriously. His serious nature in regards to the magic helped her in not becoming so overly annoyed with how their professor used it to be overly dramatic.
Lyra said nothing for a moment, simply took to gazing upon him with a small, almost secretive smile blossoming upon her lips. Then she set her tea cup down and reached over to touch his hand.
"Can I try reading your palm? I haven't done it in ages..."
