Even though it wasn't a complete explanation, Oliver got where Meghan was going. They were already two months in, and he didn't really believe in just giving up because it might be a hard road. They made a mistake, but that didn't mean they shouldn't own up to it. This was just another bump in the road of their lives, and Oliver was going to make sure they both made it through okay.
He kissed her shoulder, then rested his chin there as he nuzzled his head into the kink of her neck. There were changes that were going to have to happen. Some big, some small, and while he didn't want to jump the gun with anything, he at least wanted to do one thing. "Move in with me."
It was more of a demand than a question, which he realized, so he chuckled and said "please? We're about to go through a whole lot of changes and crazy and everything else in between and...and I want you to be close to me. It'll be much easier for me to run to the store to get you weird flavors of ice cream when you live with me rather than apart."
