The woman finished slightly after the bloke did, and really Seamus was in some sort of euphoria that he didn't even hear Dean say anything.
"Hrmm?" he grumbled as an after thought when Dean got up from the table, not even noticing that he may have had the same issue that Dean had just moments ago. "Clearly I needed that more than I thought. I'm going to make you my personal masseuse, Thomas. Your fingers are magic," he laughed at the double meaning behind it.
"And by that, I mean the one you gave me in school. Don't think I forgot that," he said while the actual masseuse were passing through the room, reloading towels and supplies. They had given his "magic" joke a sideways glance, so he had to cover himself.
