Marcus had changed, quite a lot, after joining the Falcons. Of course he still fouled, but he found that professional games were hard and entertaining enough without fouling. He just felt comfortable and familiar with the team, like he had never done at Hogwarts. Sure, the team had been great, but this was bigger than anything in Hogwarts could ever be.
"It annoys you? well maybe it'll teach you to watch where you go." Now she was bitching at him because she was too dumb to walk? Brilliant, a total Gryffindor thing to do.
It was too bad she was a girl, had it been some Gryffindor boy acting like that, Marcus would have just given him a nice beating and had been on his way. Just that Marcus didn't hit girls, he just didn't do it. Despite popular believe Marcus had been raised properly and had been taught manners. The only exception to this was when he was on the pitch playing. He didn't care whether it was a boy or a girl he fouled. Quidditch was dangerous like that.
"Should that impress me now, or what?" Like he cared about her opinion, but she probably thought he would.
