"Ow," frowning, Trev pulled away from the window and let Verity open it. "'ey Ver!" he chirruped stepping back to give her room. "Just thought you might be missing me. I mean it's been...." Trevor swayed in his spot as he tried to remember the last time he'd seen his cousin in person. During the lull his cigarette burnt down to the tip and he let it fall from his mouth, cursing at it. "I don't know," he finally surmised, "A while. Thought I'd check in?"
